Position Summary:

The Clinical Database Coordinator will collaboratively support other functional areas within Clinical Affairs and external study-related personnel to ensure data collection are managed appropriately and organized accordingly in a quick and efficient timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create and run data reports on periodic basis.
  • Assist with study data review.
  • Identify data inconsistencies that require further investigation and inform management of discrepancies.
  • Issue and resolve data queries.
  • Responsible for all data entry in the EDC.
  • Responsible for executing UATs.
  • Manage user accounts.
  • Maintaining documentation of DMPs, Completion Guidelines, Source Documents, Annotations.
  • Organizing and managing photos.
  • Development of data standards and workflows (SOPs, Wis).
  • Provide support to sites regarding training and use of EDC application.
  • Support in closeout activities.
  • Regularly inform data manager on project status and potential problems.
  • Support team with project timelines to determine resource needs and out of scope work.
  • Develop and implement customer-defined study closeout procedures.
  • Attend data management meetings and share work progress.
  • Update meeting minutes.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 of year of experience preferred.


Skills, Abilities, and Other Requirements:
  • Ability to review and understand medical/technical data.
  • Ability to articulate technical challenges internally and to external study-related personnel.
  • Proficient knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office Suite applications. IT and Systems Integration, cGMP and Windows OS helpful.
  • Excellent oral written communication skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work conscientiously and with minimal direction, using good judgment, taking initiative to accomplish short and long-range projects, and recommend actions with minimal direction.
  • Ability to work as a team member, multi-task and be very flexible to adapt to the ever-changing work priorities and requirements of a dynamic, fast growing company.
  • Ability to lift 10-15 pounds.
