The Trade Replacement Specialist will handle daily processing of product return and replacement requests for all Regeneron products. This role will include serving as a point-of-contact for customer service requests, communications with HCP's and patients, tracking and monitoring product replacement and returns data.
Direct outreach to customers related to return replacement requests, product inquiries and/or complaints
  • Phone, email and mail outreach will be required
  • Timely response to inquiries from customers as well as internal partners
  • Monitoring, logging and escalating return replacement requests per policies
  • Oversee the customer returns process
  • Returns processing (data entry required)
  • Returns reporting
  • Executing, reconciling and reporting results of Returns Program including
  • Inventory variance investigation/resolution per management direction
  • Package tracking
  • Logging and tracking all policy exceptions, requested policy revisions and adjustments to processes
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Manufacturing, Legal, Regulatory and other partners as necessary to address customer inquiries
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related or comparable experience, preferably working in a sales and/or account management role or in a call center/customer service center with a focus on handling customer complaints and issue resolution.
Requires a friendly and professional teammate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to listen and communicate to a wide variety of scientific and commercially oriented individuals.
  • Candidate must be very detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Candidate must be able to manage high volume workloads and changing priorities.
  • Candidate must be self-assured, tactful and supportive as well as self-directed and motivated with sound judgment.
  • A technical skill set including highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and proficiency in Share Point document management and Outlook Group Mailbox management is required.
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
