Werewolf Therapeutics is an exciting start-up biotech, located in the heart of Cambridge MA, focusing on the development of novel biologic agents for the treatment of cancer.

Description of Role, Responsibilities and Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of the laboratory. This will include the maintenance of scientific and safety equipment, ordering and stocking of supplies, buffer/reagent preparation, shipping/receiving, and glass wash/autoclave. H/she will interact closely with the Research team and will coordinate with the Office Manager to support purchasing and manage vendor accounts. H/she will be expected to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular and Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field, as well as 5+ years of laboratory experience is required. Prior industry experience is a strong plus.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, the ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail are critical for maintaining an efficient working lab environment.
• Effective negotiation and vendor relationship skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are a must. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team is necessary.
