INVESTOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Coordinator will work closely with the Director and SVP, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. The position will support day-to-day investor relations and select communications activities and will have frequent contact with senior leaders, external investors and sell-side analysts.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director, Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Coordinator will work closely with the Director and SVP, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. The position will support day-to-day investor relations and select communications activities and will have frequent contact with senior leaders, external investors and sell-side analysts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Field incoming calls from analysts and investors to IR team, respond to meeting and information requests as appropriate and schedule meetings for IR and senior executives with investors and analysts
- Coordinate across executive calendars to meet investor outreach needs (including meetings, calls, conferences)
- Manage internal resource needs (conference rooms, internal meetings, technology support, etc.)
- Prepare briefing documents for all investor meetings
- Maintain investor relations calendar of earnings dates, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, medical meetings, etc.
- Handle all logistics and provide administrative support for earnings calls, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and other events including registration, securing webcasts, meeting scheduling, etc.
- Enter investor meetings into database and produce reports as needed
- Draft press releases announcing earnings dates and conference participation and issue press releases through external vendor as needed
- Organize and compile analyst reports
- Partner with external agency to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on schedule
- Assist with the ensuring GBT's investor relations page of the corporate website is accurate and up to date
- Assist with planning, logistics and execution of internal events
- Provide back-up support for corporate communications team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher; focus on finance, communications and/or life science a plus
- An interest or experience in investor relations or the investment community
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience (in-house or agency)
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented
- Ability to execute independently in fast paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of internal organization and when communicating externally
- Solid skills with Microsoft Applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
