Duties & Responsibilities

MSC is currently searching for a Business/Requirements Analyst with expertise in cloud migrations to support enterprise IT systems at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Contingent on Award.

• Works with business stakeholders to capture and document business requirements and business rules
• Maintains product backlog
• Develops user stories to support web applications and service development and implementation
• Develop requirements (e.g. program requirements, software specifications, feasibility studies, requirement analysis, etc.) from inception to conclusion on simple to complex projects
• Perform requirements analysis, collection, assessment and monitor requirements through modeling, design, development, integration, deployment, and documentation
• Performs testing and data validations to ensure requirements are validated through software testing
• Participate in the planning, design and implementation of system solutions and enhancements working across the organization with the developers, and other teams
• Ensures business requirements are communicated to the development team
• Provides user support and training

Requirements

Position Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• 3+ years' experience developing business requirement and testing.
• Agile/Scrum experience
• BPMN knowledge
• User Story development and tracking
• Proficient written and verbal communication, including technical writing proficiency
• Experience modeling with Sparx
• UML design development for complex systems

Additional Desired Skills

• NIH experience preferred
• Azure experience preferred
• CSM nice to have
