Duties & Responsibilities
MSC is currently searching for a Business/Requirements Analyst with expertise in cloud migrations to support enterprise IT systems at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Contingent on Award.
- Works with business stakeholders to capture and document business requirements and business rules
- Maintains product backlog
- Develops user stories to support web applications and service development and implementation
- Develop requirements (e.g. program requirements, software specifications, feasibility studies, requirement analysis, etc.) from inception to conclusion on simple to complex projects
- Perform requirements analysis, collection, assessment and monitor requirements through modeling, design, development, integration, deployment, and documentation
- Performs testing and data validations to ensure requirements are validated through software testing
- Participate in the planning, design and implementation of system solutions and enhancements working across the organization with the developers, and other teams
- Ensures business requirements are communicated to the development team
- Provides user support and training
Requirements
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- 3+ years' experience developing business requirement and testing.
- Agile/Scrum experience
- BPMN knowledge
- User Story development and tracking
- Proficient written and verbal communication, including technical writing proficiency
- Experience modeling with Sparx
- UML design development for complex systems
Additional Desired Skills
- NIH experience preferred
- Azure experience preferred
- CSM nice to have
