As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with the HEOR therapeutic leads to support the execution of our strategies. The Senior manager will support the formulation of our plans and studies to ensure implementation.

A typical day may include:
  • Execution of global and regional HEOR strategies and programs for our products to advise, support and strengthen commercialization activities, including clinical development, marketing, and market access.
  • Work directly with cross functional and business partners to develop and support compelling product value propositions with aim to optimize access, reimbursement and uptake.
  • Identifying HEOR evidence requirements and gaps, and design, conduct, and deliver studies and tools to support relative value demonstration and product differentiation (e.g. prospective and retrospective observational studies, real world data analyses, registry studies, PRO studies, cost effectiveness and budget impact analyses, modeling studies).
  • Conducting population and disease state analyses and epidemiology studies to inform clinical development and life-cycle management.
  • Collaborating with the therapeutic area lead to coordinate and guide the development and implementation of Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) strategies. Develop and validate PRO endpoints for integration in pivotal studies. Responsible for including patient-reported outcomes studies into NDA/MAA dossiers and labels, and interact as necessary with Agencies on those matters.
  • Reporting, publishing and disseminating HEOR data and study results in compliance with company, industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Delivering HEOR presentations to customers to support reimbursement decisions across the portfolio.
  • Collaborating with Alliance partners on HEOR plans, studies and deliverables; build and maintain constructive and productive relationships across Alliance.

  • Have the innate ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives, prioritize them and execute them independently

To be considered for this an advanced graduate degree (PhD, MS, or PharmD.) in HEOR-related field (e.g. health economics, epidemiology, healthcare/data analytics, health services research, public health) is required with at least 2 year post-graduate experience. For a PharmD, a 3+ years fellowship training, pharma or consulting experience in health economics and outcomes research and with an MS a minimum of 3 years experience. You are required to have the ability to interact with and present to Senior Management. Experience in immunology and dermatology therapeutic areas a plus.
