We are looking for a Technology Analyst to join our growing team to assess and plan innovation initiatives that involve new and evolving technology. • Ensuring the successful transition from the prototyping or proof of concept stage to the formal IOPS IT project lifecycle.
  • Providing support to resolve challenges that surface during the feasibility phase of initiatives and determine solutions that preserve the value-proposition of the technology.
  • Exhibiting understanding of business needs to propose solution options including advice on design, implementation, tools, scalability, system performance and dependencies.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies, developing action plans to pilot promising energy efficient technologies, and executing and reporting project findings.
  • Applying market expertise to shape direction and roadmaps across our products and identifying where technology might be deployed in order to deliver business improvements and competitive advantage.
  • Participating in and preparing solutions for production support, developer hyper care activities, and ensuring smooth handoff to system administration.

This job might be for you if you:
  • Enjoy driving a creative mindset and collaborating to design, implement, and modify processes and procedures to improve workflow or discover ways to simplify business processes.
  • Can understand and engage broader business strategy, work with key department leaders and business partners, aligning activities and initiatives.
  • Have an innate ability to anticipate client needs and propose alternative business solutions
  • Aren't afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Exhibit a degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness in a sometimes evolving and ambiguous environment.
  • Take a proactive stance on resolution of project related issues with tact, diplomacy and composure.
  • Have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy.
  • Want to be in a highly visible role where you and the team can make a positive impact on our patients.
  • Exhibit confidence and a high emotional IQ.
