Principal Biostatistician

Piper Companies is currently looking for a Principal Biostatistician to work remotely, with a team dedicated to providing customer success through biopharmaceutical solutions.

 Responsibilities for the Principal Biostatistician include:

• Serve as the main point of contact for the statistical department
• Guide and support members of the team on assigned projects ensuring efficient completion of work
• Create and assess programming specifications for analysis of datasets, tables, listings, and figures
• Evaluate SAS interpreted CRFs, database design, and other documentation pertaining to the study
• Oversee the preparation of Statistical Analysis Plans

Qualifications for the Principal Biostatistician include:

• 5+ years’ experience in biostatistical programming
• Previous experience as a SAS programming lead
• Prior experience within a Clinical Trial or Pharmaceutical environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent programming experience

Compensation for the Principal Biostatistician include:

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 based on professional experience
