The Integrated Discovery Operation (IDO) team focuses on leveraging synergies across the Discovery organization to minimize the operational or administrative burden on scientists. Additionally, IDO provides key analytical data to support operational decision making within the wider Discovery organization.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Data Visualization experience using dashboard tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik sense
- Background in Computer Science/Programming
- School and/or work experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related discipline:
- Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics or Computer Science with substantial information systems coursework
- Engineering majors with a strong emphasis in a technical related curriculum
- Minimum GPA = 3.0/4.0
- Returning to university for at least one semester and graduating within one-year post internship
- Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
