YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE...
  • A Business Driver -You will a ssist with the creation and execution of HCP marketing materials, convention experiences, and sales force training to help grow the >$1Bn AbbVie US psychiatry franchise that includes VRAYLAR ® and VIIBRYD ® .
  • A Strategic Partner to our Sales Force -You will work closely with our sales and sales training partners to establish highly effective communication and reporting programs
  • A Collaborative and Detail-oriented Project Manager -You will have a critical role guiding a cross-functional group in development of materials and programs, serving as the source of brand knowledge and delivery excellence.
  • An Innovator Who Challenges the Status Quo - You will use data and insights to create new ways to engage with our sales force and customers. You can influence cross-functional stakeholders who will help you create the future.

YOU WILL:
  • Build HCP Marketing Materials and Training - Including field aids and digital selling tools
  • Deliver Exceptional Field Force Engagement Activities - driving strong collaboration with sales partners through innovative field communications, recognizing performance and best practices
  • Oversee and Expand the Psychiatry Franchise Convention Presence - Guiding development of on-site engagements, virtual engagements, and sponsorships, both regionally and nationally
  • Collaborate and Communicate - Coordinating the work of multiple agencies, external vendors, and internal departments, including sales, sales training, legal, regulatory, and compliance
  • Innovate at Every Step - Identifying opportunities to differentiate AbbVie psychiatry products through innovative forms and methods of sales force and customer communication
  • Develop Relationships and Knowledge - Developing effective working relationships with the sales force, key HCPs, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership
  • Act as a Leader - Presenting, leading, and negotiating pieces through the legal, regulatory, and medical review process
  • Manage Budgets - Carefully coordinating and tracking spend on projects under your management

Qualifications

YOU BRING:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, at least 2 years of experience with field sales preferred
  • At least 1-2 years product management experience in direct-to-physician marketing preferred
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal/presentation and written
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Financial/budgetary experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
