"The Product Manager of Women's Health will join a dynamic team focused on driving results and exceeding expectations in the contraceptive product market. This position is expected to work cross-functionally managing professional promotions and liaising with the women's health field sales force. Responsibilities would include sales force engagement and communications, development and execution of sales training and meeting materials, oversight of promotional material development and production. As a pivotal member of the WH marketing team, the candidate would play an integral role in the development of brand strategy and tactical plans."

YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE...
A Leader in the OC salesforce. You will represent the oral contraceptive (OC) franchise. You will manage professional promotions and work closely with the women's health field sales force.
A Collaborator. You will optimize the professional selling strategy and messages, development and execution of promotional materials, maintaining robust 2-way communication with the sales force, and collaborating with sales training on field new hire and POA programs
A Strategic Brand Developer. You will lead the development and launch of a robust non-personal campaign to expand the promotional footprint of the Allergan OC brands beyond the specialty-focused call panel. You will play an integral role in the development of brand strategic and tactical plans.

Be responsible for Professional Promotion. Strategy and Message Platform, Promotional Materials, Sample Optimization.
Work towards Field Force Engagement. Training and Communications
Work towards other initiatives. Vendor and Agency Management for Professional Projects.
Fiscal Responsibility. Manage budget to optimize spend against highest ROI tactics


• At least 3 years professional tenure, preferably some in pharmaceutical brand management.
• Experience in buy and bill, pharmaceutical sales, sales training or women's health is a plus.
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills with exceptionally high attention to quality of detail.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace including medical, regulatory and clinical processes.
• Alternate experience, relevant to the required skillset, will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
