The Sr Director of Marketing Oncology is a member of Regeneron's oncology commercial team, with accountability in implementing the approved brand plan and leading all Scientific-based Marketing activities in support of NSCLC indication for LIBTAYO in the US. This role will report directly into the Executive Director of Marketing for NSCLC. This role will provide strategic support on cross-functional direction and global commercialization launch and marketing strategy.

  1. Collaborate with medical and appropriately developing and executing commercial strategy for NSCLC.
  2. Represent commercial on internal medical teams (medical affairs, clinical development, etc).
  3. Develop and execute an expert engagement plan to include speakers' bureau, content creation, etc.
  4. Lead all commercial activities that involve advisory boards and ad-council.
  5. Lead biomarker strategy and tactical execution.
  6. Lead TLL NSCLC strategy & engagement.
  7. Contribute to the labeling review team.
  8. Analyze customer insights, supervise brand performance and competitive dynamics to advise marketing strategy and address customer needs.
  9. Own the development/management of relationships with key HCP's and professional partners.
  10. Collaborate with alliance partner in developing the global brand strategy and life cycle management plans.
  11. Member of the cross functional team across the alliance that develops the annual US/Global brand plan including brand strategy, tactical plans and budget.
  12. Work closely with legal and compliance to ensure actives meet all compliance standards.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA preferred.
  • Ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate
  • Strong science background with deep knowledge of oncology. Ability to understand, work with, and provide commercial input to all functions within the project team.
  • Minimum of 12 years biopharmaceutical experience with at least 10 in Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with marketing of oncology drugs in US is required.
  • Previous product/indication launch experience required.
  • Experience with US marketing and pre-approval planning of oncology biologic buy and bill drugs is required.
  • Effective communication, both written and oral, at all times. Experience in delivering sophisticated messages to internal and external customers with a track record of effective and influential presentations.
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and work effectively in complex, constantly evolving environments.
  • Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize.
  • Proven teammate with ability to navigate cross functionally.
  • Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Proven success within strategic alliances.
  • Demonstrated track record of commercial success in positions with progressive responsibilities.
