Key Deliverables:

1. Develop Field Force Effectiveness Market Access - Onboarding Playbook
2. Present Onboarding Playbook to non-Market Access Field Force Effectiveness stakeholders
3. Project manage Market Access Tool integration activities & develop rollout plan/communication for Account Executive and Market Access Marketing teams

Intern will learn and be exposed to:

• A highly matrixed environment and work culture
• Challenges that exist with employee onboarding and problem-solving in this area
• US Market Access - A key driver of the AbbVie US Commercial business
• How business operations support is provided to sales customers
• How tools support business operations
• Impacts of acquiring and merging two large pharma businesses.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Must be a highly motivated individual - self-directed, willing to make decisions with less than perfect information, ability to think big and push norms.
• Must have strong written and interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various levels/grades within the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum GPA = 3.0/4.0
• Returning to university for at least one semester and graduating within one-year post internship
• Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Master's or MBA degree with a major in Business Administration, Management, Management Information Systems, Operations Management or other related field of study
• Minimum of 1-3 years of previous work experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e., extracurricular activities or projects)
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.
