What You Will Do:
- Qualify, validate and perform exploratory efficacy endpoints.
- Handle and process whole blood for downstream molecular and functional assays
- Perform multi-color flow cytometry methods for analyzing and sorting cells from clinical and research samples
- Utilize molecular biology techniques to assess targeted integration of patient samples
- Manage sample processing and sample storage on-site as well as contract research organizations.
- Develop, execute, analyze, and document experiments. Communicate and present results to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate supply of critical research samples and reagents
- Support and collaborate with research teams
- Provide general lab support and maintenance
What You Will Bring:
- BS/MS in biology, immunology, or related discipline
- 2+ years of relevant experience in biotech or academia
- Required to have strong molecular biology and/or flow cytometry skill sets
- Preferred to have a background in hematology & stem cell biology
- Cell culture experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Willing to learn new skills and knowledge and work in a fast-paced, dynamic start up environment
