What you will do

Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will set the tone and build a culture of continuous GCO (Global Commercial Operations) learning. You will lead all L&P (Learning & Performance) COE (Center of Excellence) activities and determine the direction of learning experience across business needs, represent L&P in learning governance council and deliver strategic thought partnership across GCO.



  • Oversee and reinvent the GCO Learning Center of Excellent services and advocate for L&P within GCO
  • Drive future-forward strategy for GCO learning, innovating new approaches, creating consistent quality, and delivering value to learners and the business
  • Oversee the development and execution of GCO's learning strategy and plan
  • Maintain key relationships within GCO and provides strategic consultation to enable the best use of learning to drive business results
  • Engage and communicate with all key senior stakeholders on the impact, status and success of current and future learning initiatives
  • Provide L&P expertise and direction to the GCO organization as a whole
  • Ensure coordination with other learning leads to enable the GCO learning strategy
  • Sense and understand the latest business and learning industry trends
  • Anticipate the needs to create a modern, digital learning experience that enables development and long-term career growth
  • Lead effort to create a unified set of learning platforms and tools to leverage
  • Manage the GCO investment in learning and ongoing resource allocation
  • Develop, coach, lead, and retain a dynamic, high performing learning team
  • Align training programs based on data, such as sales and marketing strategic plans and the annual needs assessment
  • Work with partner organizations to effectively incorporate the best practices of training and coaching programs being used industry wide
  • Strategize and assess overall performance of learning function

Basic Qualifications



  • Doctorate degree & 6 years of Learning & Performance experience OR
  • Master's degree & 10 years of Learning & Performance experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree & 12 years of Learning & Performance experience AND
  • 6 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources
