Manager Clinical Data Science

The Manager of Clinical Data Science is responsible for creating, developing and delivering metrics and analytics related to the operational performance of running clinical trials. This manager will work at the portfolio, program and functional levels to provide prospective and retrospective measurements of cost, productivity, efficiency, and quality to facilitate informed decision making for Regeneron's clinical development portfolio. The Clinical Data Science Manager will act as a business partner providing critical business operations and strategy support to GCO functional leadership and GD leadership.

In this role, a typical day might include:
⦁ Providing both detailed and high level metrics and analysis for various aspects of clinical development.
⦁ Utilizing Data Visualization and Analytical software to produce a suite of metrics and analytics.
⦁ Advising and strategizing with functional, financial and portfolio leaders to establish metrics and set appropriate performance targets
⦁ Providing progress reports to key partners as necessary.
⦁ Providing analytics and performance measures to support assessments of vendor performance.
⦁ Supporting improvement through metrics reporting, productivity modeling, and tracking capabilities.
⦁ Liaising with functional leads to ensure the integrity of the data.
⦁ Collaborating closely with GD systems functional leadership to define and deliver data/informatics requirements to support GCO analytics.
⦁ Supervising and participating in external benchmarking studies and collaborations to drive continuous improvement and innovation in analytics and reporting.
⦁ Having the ability to travel up to 25%

You have strong technical knowledge and extensive experience supporting systems and applications within clinical development
You have ability to translate sophisticated business questions and requirements to develop effective solutions
You have data analytical expertise including transformation, curation, visualization, scripting, SQL and data modeling skills
You are a self-motivated leader who can perform well in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with frequently changing goals
You are a dynamic communicator who can influence across all levels of an organization, internally and externally

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least five years of functional experience in Pharma/Biotech industry. Five years of leadership experience is also desirable.
