This position will report to the Sales Operations Associate Director and will be responsible for supporting sales operations processes such as call planning, sales allocation, territory alignment, and incentive compensation. You will work with multiple internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure data accuracy and quarterly processes timelines are met. The candidate possesses business acumen, an understanding of sales operations processes, and analytical skills. Strong collaboration skills, customer focus, and attention to detail are essential.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into actional, systems-oriented solutions.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate creation of ad-hoc reports and/or maintenance of on-going reports;
  • Support the call planning, sales allocation, and territory alignment processes;
  • Builds strong customer relations with numerous internal and external constituents;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Sales Operations;
  • Develop and maintain stringent quality control process and measures that ensures the accuracy of all reports and information disseminated from Sales Operations;
  • Ensure that appropriate analytical techniques and data sources are fully leveraged for any incoming analytics requests;
  • Maintains and manages standard operating policies and procedures documents for call planning and incentive compensation;
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations.

Education/ Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 2+ years related experience with a minimum of 2 years of quantitative analytics experience
  • Strong ability to collect and organize large amounts of information to create complex analysis and present to Sales Leadership in a clear concise manner
  • Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required.
  • Experience with database systems such as Oracle/SAP/Snowflake, and reporting platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Business Objects, SAS a plus.
  • Knowledge of sales operations, sales support or sales reporting is a plus
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of Sales including Sales Management to gather requirements and create insightful and impactful reports for the sales force
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously with minimal supervision and in team environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multifaceted environment

Physical Requirements:

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and frequent walking. Daily use of a computer, phone, office equipment and other computing and digital devices is required. May be required to stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel may be necessary, so the ability to travel by plane, operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license and/or effectively navigate public transportation is required. While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee must be able to read and respond to interoffice communications as well as effectively participate in meetings. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to lift up to 20 lbs., pull, push, carry, handle or feel. The employee is required to carry, handle items, reach with arms and hands, to stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. Mental demands may require prolonged concentration, reading comprehension, understanding and interpretation of concepts, ideas and philosophies.
