Organizational Change Management Consultant 

Piper Companies is looking for an Organizational Change Management Consultant to join a global medical device company to assist with different platform deployments company-wide. Initial scope is about 20 hours per week, although, likely to support 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities for the Organizational Change Management Consultant include:

• Drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for a large-scale (sector-level) program with multiple deployments
• Partner with Deployment Leads and Managers to develop focused approaches specific to various deployments
• Balance complexity, scope, timing, resourcing to dial in appropriate level of deliverables for each deployment
• Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders as needed for program deliverables
• Provide updates on OCM strategy, actions, and outcomes at Governance forums
• Assist with communcation cadence for the PLM project

Qualifications for the Organizational Change Management Consultant include:

• Business process software deployment experience is great
• Change Control, Document Management, Product Configuration Management experience
• PLM experience
• Evidence of taking initiative, and having the ability to collaborate and deliver results in a highly matrixed environment.

Compensation for the Organizational Change Management Consultant include:

• Commensurate with experience
