In this role, you'll be a member of the engineering team that is responsible for customer-facing software used to capture and manage clinical data. You'll be a technical liaison partnering with both internal and external teams supporting clinical studies representing the engineering team. We strive to build a robust and scalable infrastructure as well as easy-to-use UI interfaces. Our technical stack consists of Go, AWS, Kubernetes, Microservices, and React.

You will:

• Be a trusted partner working closely with the clinical study teams to support multiple clinical studies on the electronic data capture (EDC) system.
• Enjoy being the technical expert and be the go to person for help.
• Thrive working on multiple projects and tasks in parallel.

Your Background Includes:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Bioinformatics, or similar technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical role supporting a software system.
• Familiarity with SQL and JSON.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Must have good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and exercise good judgment.
• Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change.
• Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a "can do" attitude.
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
