Overview

We are currently searching for a Clinical Laboratory Manager to provide support to the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This opportunity is a full-time position with MSC, and it is on-site in Bethesda, MD.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the program oversight and management of the laboratory component of the clinical trials and associated studies.
  • Participate on study calls where laboratory topics are being discussed.
  • Track discussion, progress and resolution of laboratory topics.
  • Review CRO-provided site/lab reports, identify and summarize concerns.
  • Interact with study laboratories, especially non-US ones, to facilitate Division approval of laboratories as well as resolve challenges at the labs.
  • Interact with CRO and laboratory center staff. #LI-AA1


Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or other related discipline. Two (2) years of specialized experience plus a BA/BS degree is equivalent to a Master's degree.
  • Background in clinical laboratory testing (e.g. MedTech).
  • Experience with use of web-based data sharing tools (e.g. SharePoint) and data capture/presentation electronic tools (e.g. Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint).


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Program management experience, highly preferred.
