Just is seeking a motivated and creative scientist who desires a significant opportunity to improve worldwide access to biotherapeutics. The position requires extensive experience in CHO cell line development. Experience with high throughput mammalian cell culture is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively over teleconference and web-based meetings are necessary. The ideal candidate is curious, creative, works independently and in teams, and looks for ways to improve processes and technology.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to develop CHO cell lines for clinical manufacturing
- Develop technology and to improve recombinant protein expression in CHO cells
- Collaborate across the organization to speed time to clinic while reducing development costs
- Manage staff, capital resources and planning
- Serve as a technical resource on cross functional teams for cell line development
- Collaborate and build constructive relationships throughout Just
Education Requirements:
- BS/MS in Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering or related field with 15+ years of experience or Ph.D. with 7+years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with CHO cell culture
- Experience with high throughput protein expression
- Experience in expression vector development
- Molecular analysis of cell lines at the DNA and RNA level
