The Senior Director, US Dermatology Lead will lead the marketing team for DUPIXENT in the dermatology indications and achieve U.S. aligned objectives.Responsibilities include:
  • In collaboration with the leadership provide strategic commercial leadership for U.S. Dermatologic indications
  • Ensure professional development plans are in place and executed for all team members to support growth.
  • Develop and communicate strong understanding of treatment protocols, level of unmet needs, patient segments, and competitive pipeline in order to identify targeted product concepts and vital product profiles
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external specialists to gain insights and identify potential opportunities
  • Translate key insights from scientific experts (internal R&D colleagues as well as external opinion leaders) into clear, meaningful product or disease area strategies.
  • Effectively manage the brand budget
  • Execute commercialization plans on time and on budget for the U.S. Atopic Dermatitis business
  • Execute US tactical plan with alliance partner across the entire range of approved patients
  • Prepare all personal and nonpersonal promotional materials, speakers bureau content, sales and congress support and related activities
  • Develop U.S. strategic brand plan, supported by a detailed tactical plan and budget for promotion, reimbursement, education, and outreach on timelines consistent with corporate budget timelines.
  • Ensure agreed split of project leads across all alliance commercialization functions.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 15+ years' progressive experience in US and Global pharmaceutical marketing, including launch experience required
  • Demonstrated competency in managing multiple projects and to collaborate with team members across multiple functional areas
  • Experience with agency management and budget management
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with research and development team members
  • Alliance experience is strongly preferred
  • Team leadership experience required
  • Prior Global experience, including launch experience preferred
  • Prior experience with self-injectable biologics strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in new product development strongly preferred
  • Ability to work well with multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to travel 30-35% of the time (including weekend travel as needed).
