Title: 2021 Experiential Internship US Aesthetics Finance

Job Description:

The US Allergan Aesthetics Finance intern will be responsible for process support for forecasting and long-range planning and budgeting. They will support and build out forecasting and revenue reporting models for Botox Cosmetics, Juvederm Collection, Kybella, and skin care brands in the US market. This individual will work with multiple key stakeholder's cross-functionally to align revenue and expense forecast assumptions on a monthly basis.

In addition, this person will perform analytics on promotional programs that drive the business to enhance the market growth and share assumptions. They will provide monthly revenue reports for VP, Facial Aesthetics/SkinMedica and the FA/SKM leadership team tracking performance vs. Targets. They will be asked to provide ad-hoc analyses that will lend insight into key business drivers that will enable senior management to adapt more appropriate tactics and strategy to meet the Plan/LRP objectives.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Student pursuing bachelor's or MBA degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including being a team player while also having the ability to partner with and influence others
  • Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management/efficiency skills
  • Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, modeling, and financial systems
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency
  • Eagerness to learn.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum GPA = 3.0/4.0
  • Returning to university for at least one semester and graduating within one-year post internship
  • Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration or related field of study
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e., extracurricular activities or projects)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship.

Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
