Core Job Responsibilities:
  • Function as a central and dedicated analytics point of contact for IPL and SC management, 3PLs, carriers, and consultants within an international region of global operations.
  • Synthesize and leverage datasets based on modeling with process knowledge around planning, distribution, warehousing, and logistics and considering their interdependencies.
  • Present results to management and business partners to support making high-impact business value decisions.
  • Continuously search for innovative ways to drive awareness on data driven opportunities with the objective of being recognized as a key member in the analytics/data science area within supply chain domain for an assigned international region.
  • Apply data and analytics toward the identification and realization of sustainable continuous improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives led by colleagues
  • Offer innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities to address challenges in assigned areas of responsibility.

Key Deliverables:
  • Support key strategic initiatives on margin (SMI) and process improvements with analytic contributions.
  • Understand current market trends and assess their impact with consideration to supply chain operations.
  • Support the reporting and analysis activities, such as publishing KPIs, financial reporting, as well as creating and improving dashboards/tools.
  • Translate large data sets, analysis and complex models in usable, effective and presentable data to key stakeholders to drive business improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in production of innovative analytic solutions that drive existing and changing business processes and business strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum GPA = 3.0/4.0
  • Returning to university for at least one semester and graduating within one-year post internship
  • Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a major in Data & Analytics, Supply Chain Logistics or other related field of study
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship

Significant Work Activities
Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
