We are currently looking to fill a Supply Operations Analyst to join our growing team. Regeneron manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Supply Operations department manages batch disposition and order management activities and our Supply Operations Analyst will co-ordinate the disposition process by collaborating with internal groups to deliver released product.

As a Supply Operations Analyst, a typical day might include the following:
  • Participating and leading cross functional meetings, including generation of agendas, and tracking post meeting actions
  • Developing and tracking metrics to measure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of data. Align across teams to improve reporting integrity.
  • Identifies, initiates and drives continuous improvements initiatives.

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Show strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Are able to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed and adapt to change.
  • Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
  • Can build relationships with key internal partners.
  • Have the courage to ask the right questions in a cross-functional setting.
  • Are MS Office proficient with advanced Excel skills (e.g pivot tables, v-look up's), and are proficient with Oracle, Power Point and ACCESS Database
  • Show a continuous improvement focus.
  • Have experience in pharmaceutical / biotech industry
  • Have Lean/Continuous Improvement knowledge

To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor's degree. We prefer background and experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical industry.
