The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) will be an integral part of our team by delivering the best experience for our candidates, HR business partners and Hiring Managers. This is a temporary role managed through our Global RPO partnership, and is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be working across multiple business units, gaining valuable TA experiences and insights with exposure to other Human Resource functions and COE's. TAC's are a key partner to the Recruiters by coordinating / scheduling a high volume of candidate interviews and providing systems and administrative support. As a temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:
  • Creating detailed and complex candidate interview schedules
  • Preparing for onsite interviews by booking appropriate conference rooms and aligning any required resources (business presentations, catering, etc.)
  • Managing and communicating any interview changes to the candidate, recruiter and interview team
  • Welcoming candidates on the day of their interview and collecting appropriate paperwork
  • Drafting & delivery of candidate offer letters in a timely manner with supporting paperwork.
  • Continually updating HR statuses of candidates and new hires within our Applicant Tracking System
  • Auditing and processing candidate expenses

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. At least one year of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is preferred. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are needed. Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems is preferred.
