Serves as a project coordinator for GxP IT Supplier Quality Program for Enterprise, International, US Commercial and Operations areas. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert providing support for quality GxP IT supplier assessments, remote desktop audits, internal/external audits, metrics, training, and Approved Supplier List (ASL). Responsible for coordination of workflow and tracking of GxP IT Supplier Evaluations, Supplier Questionnaires, Audit Action Plan remediations, Performance Histories, and Periodic Reviews in SolTRAQs AudiQ (GMP) document repository.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Policies and Procedures while providing support to the GxP IT Supplier Evaluation team.
  • Ensures that the day-to-day operations are performed accurately and efficiently in accordance with established compliance timelines.
  • Assesses impact of issues and remediations; escalates appropriately with recommended resolutions.
  • Assists with remote desktop audits for new suppliers with high record impact, including compliance with AbbVie's secure file share while engaging with suppliers.
  • Responsible for regular updates and follow up activities appropriate for stakeholders on assigned supplier evaluations and Periodic Reviews.
  • Ensures audit and inspection readiness; supports internal/external audits, as necessary.
  • Proactively addresses and/or escalates issues and identifies opportunities for efficiency.
  • Participates in the Supplier CoP (Community of Practice) assisting in identifying short and long-term supplier process improvements.
  • Assists with supplier metrics and KPIs to enhance service efficiency.
  • Participate in Purchasing's Ariba SLP supplier onboarding tool and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Preferred certification: ASQ CQA
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively and with clarity, flexibility, and adaptability to changing requirements, resourcefulness, and creativity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity and understanding of key performance metrics.
  • Required: MS Office/Excel. Preferred knowledge: Kanban Board/Jira and SolTRAQs.
  • Required: Experience in a quality, regulated environment, and demonstrates knowledge of GxP regulations.
