Associate Director, CNS Sales Training, develops, maintains, and implements training materials and programs across all phases of training, with a focus on content development, management and execution. Proactive and consistent partnership with key stakeholders across the enterprise is an integral part of the role. This position reports into the Director of Training - Neurology.
Contributions to the CNS sales team and enterprise success is achieved through proactively partnering with the Director of Training - Neurology, CNS training team, marketing, sales leadership, and enterprise teams, to create training materials and programs that address identified field sales needs, support key marketing initiatives, enhance product knowledge, improve overall selling skills, and support the ongoing developmental needs of the CNS sales team and enterprise.

YOU WILL:
• Lead and manage training content design, development, and implementation across all phases of training.
• Partner with the Director of Neurology, training team, marketing team, and field sales leaders to ensure training content is relevant for all training needs across all phase of training.
• Build and leverage connections across the enterprise training team, Field Force Effectiveness team and CA&O department to develop and execute projects that will enhance the CNS and enterprise wide training programs.
• Lead submission of training materials through the Medical/Legal/Regulatory/Compliance process to ensure all materials are up to date, reflect current strategic imperatives, and are approved.
• Partner with senior training mangers, digital learning team, and training coordinator to ensure agendas, content and curriculum within digital learning platforms are current for all training classes.
• Consistently assess training and development needs of the salesforce through developing and maintaining relationships with sales leadership. Develop training resources relevant to those needs to ensure the long-term development of the CNS sales team.
• Facilitate all CNS training classes and Insights Discovery in partnership with senior training managers in both live and virtual environments.
• Mentor, coach and develop newly hired representatives to the organization during the new hire training program in partnership with senior training managers.
• Participate in the development of senior training managers.

This position may be located in Madison NJ or remote.

Qualifications

YOU BRING:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical industry sales experience
• Minimum of 2 years pharmaceutical industry sales training experience preferred
• Sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry a plus
• Experience with successful project development, management and execution
• Experience in developing and delivering impactful group presentations
• Strong clinical expertise in Neurology preferred
