As a member of the Commercial Data and Analytics team, the Manager, Patient Data Management, reports in to the Commercial Patient Data Management Lead. This role will be responsible for executing the Patient Level Data analytics strategy for the Commercial organization. This person will be responsible for working across multiple Amgen functions such as Commercial Insights, Value and Access Patient Access, and Value and Access Payer Analytics to create and support Patient Support Program analytics and reporting.

Execute Patient Support Program analytics across Amgen brands to track the patient journey through Amgen's Patient Support Programs such as Copay and Call Center Partner with Patient Data Management (PDM) team members on the data requirement gathering process for onboarding new patient support program data and updating existing patient support program data
Ensure compliant use of patient level data for analytics and reporting, ensuring adherence to all Amgen privacy and Compliance SOPs for patient level data assets
Create and maintain cross brand Patient Support Program reports for business stakeholders to track service performance and identify areas of improvement in the patient experience

Cross-Functional collaboration, including but not limited to Commercial Insights, Value & Access Patient Access, Value and Access Payer Analytics, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal

Basic Qualifications

Master's degree & 4 years of analytics, sales and marketing operations and/or value & access experience
OR
Bachelor's degree & 6 years of analytics, sales and marketing operations and/or value & access experience
OR
Associate's degree & 10 years of analytics, sales and marketing operations and/or value & access experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience in analytics, sales and/or marketing operations, value & access or a related field
Direct experience with patient support programs and affiliated data
Excellent communication (oral/written) skills, including interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and success in a highly matrixed environment
Strong project management skills, lead and manage projects from concept to completion in a matrixed and, at times, ambiguous environment
Demonstrated self-starter, ability to work under limited supervision

Analytics using SQL or relational database experience must, R, R Shiny or Tableau experience preferred

Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, active listening, and relationship management skills
