We are currently looking to fill an Associate Quality Systems Training Specialist. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Quality System Training Specialist performs the work of instructional designer, content writer, editor, graphic designer, and e-Learning developer to create and deliver effective and engaging instructional content for system users

As an Assoicate Quality Systems Training Specialist, a typical day might include the following:
• Collaborating with stakeholders (users, SMEs and system owners) to ensure appropriateness of training content for intended audience and timely deployment across business functions and sites
o Working with stakeholders to identify business needs for process improvement, training and change management
o Translating business needs into training curriculum and content
o Recommending appropriate and innovative solutions
o Ensuring global alignment of materials and modes of delivery
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to write training content
o Analyzing and synthesizing information from multiple sources to prepare various modes of training content
o Learning and simplifying complex technical documentation into concise, user-friendly, effective learning content
o Writing and editing high quality training content appropriate for audience
o Ensuring content is complete and correct, yet clear and concise
o Following writing standards (including grammar, style, voice and tone)
• Designing and Developing training content to meet training needs
o Creating prototypes, iterating, and seeking feedback from stakeholders throughout the design process
o Applying instructional design principles for adult learning to design and develop effective, interactive eLearning, classroom or virtual instructor-led training
o Developing and editing digital training materials such as images, photos, audio and video
o Building quizzes and other knowledge checks to measure learning retention
o Troubleshooting training functionality
• Maintaining, monitoring and improving quality system training content
o Providing recommendations for improvements and successes of learning and training programs/initiatives
o Implementing improvements in training courses and learning development processes
o Evaluating and refining training programs and courses

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Have a proven understanding of Adobe Captivate
• Are experienced with quality standards and cGxP principles, systems and relevant regulatory guidelines are a plus

To be considered for the Associate Quality Systems Training Specialist you must have the following; BA/BS degree and 2 years of industry/relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
