This is a 6-month contract role to support our Exhibits and Sponsorships function. This role provides proactive support to Regeneron's Marketing teams and Field-based employees and their management. Specifically, the person in this position assists by providing tactical day-to-day support of Regeneron's Exhibits and Sponsorships review process.
Serve as the day-to-day contact for Exhibits and Sponsorships for field-based employees, contracted organizers/associations, and external vendors/partners for two (2) or more brands. Ensure appropriate documentation has been provided by each requesting body, and successful review of all relevant opportunities has been completed.
  • Liaise with Brand teams to address questions and obtain approvals on submitted requests.
  • Collaborate with Meetings & Conventions team to ensure coordination of committed Sponsorships is realized at the event.
  • Prepare required reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, making recommendations to the Business where appropriate.
  • Coordinate all check/payment requests and ensure each is processed and received on time, working with appropriate teams on tracking and status updates for all payments.
  • Responsible for credit card payments, on time reconciliation via Concur and spend reports.
  • Regularly review and audit any and all Exhibits and Sponsorships to ensure that they are consistently administered in compliance with all company policies and procedures and government regulations.
  • Support development and successful implementation of new Exhibits and Sponsorships portal.
  • Stay abreast of all pertinent company policies, procedures and government regulations that relate to Company-sponsored events and thereby actively contribute to Regeneron's continued compliance with same.
  • Support new initiatives and ad hoc projects, as necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry, or similar. 5-8 years of overall experience in meeting planning, preferably in Healthcare industry.
  • Detail orientated with strong problem-solving skills and operational experience.
  • Experience using exhibit/event and grant portal systems is preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, vendors and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual and/or in-person environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Physicians Open Payments Act, PhRMA Guidelines and other applicable Compliance and governing regulations.
  • A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to take initiative and responsibility, think and act pro-actively, to ensure adherence to process while being open to continuous improvement, simplification and process efficiencies.
