YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE...
  • A Relationship Builder - You provide top notch service to our physicians, patients and field sales representatives regarding questions related to Allergan Aesthetics' premier patent rewards program, servicing over 3 million members nationwide.
  • A Critical Thinker - You are responsible for assisting our physicians, patients and field sales reps with navigating the website and mobile application, consumer promotions, eligibility and registration, program rules, password resets, as well as issuing, applying, creating, and redeeming rewards.
  • A Troubleshooter - You resolve technical issues and answer questions that may arise for our physician's and their staff or their patients and act as the liaison between the customer and our IT teams.

YOU WILL:
  • Assist doctors and staff to use Brilliant Distinctions or Allē tools. You will also assist our field reps with onboarding and registration to our consumer loyalty mobile or web service platforms.
  • Build bridges. Provide on-going help for any consumer loyalty program-related question or issue that may arise for our physician's and their staff.
  • Provide white glove customer service. Proactively highlight the benefits of each promotion and optimize the benefits available to the practice or patient regarding all applicable policies

Qualifications

YOU BRING:
  • 1-2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Contact Center environment
  • Experience working with MS Office
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • High School Diploma
