You will partner closely with the brand team to ensure that you understand the global strategy. You will then partner with colleagues in the Global Center of Launch Excellence to ensure that affiliates are prepared for launch. This will range from local insight generation, identifying infrastructure needs, sharing best practices, and ensuring that the local POA are aligned to the global strategy. Ultimately, your goal will be to drive launch excellence, with key markets, for the launch of Sacituzumab Govitecan.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Commercial Product Strategy, Oncology Strategy and Operations, this role will:

  • Identify and engage with global oncology external stakeholders to help support access to education on Sacituzumab Govitecan and it's pending commercialization
  • Partner with the global brand team to develop a proactive process to streamline internal communications targeting global cross functional and local commercial colleagues to educate, inspire and support the success of the brand in markets
  • Create strong and close working relationship with brand counterparts in key US and exUS markets. Participate in working sessions and discussions, and lead regional forums to share practices and coordinate the execution of the global brand strategy
  • Become a thought partner with local counterparts, reviewing and challenging their country POAs and country-specific brand plans, embedding best practices, providing reactive feedback and input to ensure alignment to GCPS brand strategy
  • Your ultimate benchmark will be the successful execution of brand launch strategies to maximizes the overall patient impact and business opportunity

We're seeking a strategic, influential leader, and experienced oncology marketer with:

  • Substantial experience in global product strategic planning, including developing differentiated brand positioning and messaging
  • Ex-US local country experience, particularly in Europe, preferred
  • A proven track record in planning and executing new product launches
