We are seeking an Associate Director, Talent Development for a long-term contract position. This role acts as both an internal consultant and project coordinator supporting enterprise-wide performance management activities. You will collaborate with internal Talent Development team members and global HR Business Partners members to support the overall talent development agenda and promote the company's core values, known as The Regeneron Way.

As a Talent Development Consultant, a typical day might include the following:
- Advising HRBP and business leaders to identify performance management process needs towards enhancing internal process and enhancing leader, manager and employee capabilities to execute processes effectively
- Leading and serving as the day-to-day project coordinator of our various performance management processes including performance planning/goal setting, mid-year reviews and calibrations and the annual year-end integrated performance management and compensation planning processes
- Facilitating performance management awareness and training sessions, and facilitating interventions including calibration sessions
- Development and implementation of performance management tools and resources for employees, managers and leaders.
- Reviewing and distilling performance management data and trends to influence and upgrade our current processes and capabilities
- You can drive the design, development, communication, change management, implementation and data collection/analysis/distribution of annual performance management activities.
- You can translate business needs into practical solutions that are consistent with our philosophy and easy to absorb
- You can optimally cope with change and can shift gears comfortably
- A demonstrable track record of data analysis, data interpretation, and using data to influence decision making
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills: verbal, written and presentation/training skills in 1:1settings, small group settings and larger training/presentation settings
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative culture
- You have a passion for continuous improvement and taking ownership of projects.
