We are seeking a long-term Temporary HR Learning Coordinator who will work directly with the Talent Development leadership to provide support to our employees via our Learning Management System (LMS). This will include administration of courses, classes, rosters, and reporting.

As the Temporary Learning Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:
- Supporting the broader Talent Development Department with course materials and facilitator presentations
- Coordinating registration and pre-work requirements, post-class assessments and follow-up, and entry into LMS system
- Preparing reports for attendance, class evaluations, and other documentation as requested from LMS and survey systems.
- Maintenance and creation of courses/classes within the LMS and subsequent marketing of materials throughout the business
- Assisting with employee questions regarding available training opportunities via instructor led courses or eLearning
- You have operated within Learning Management Systems, and supported L&D programs ensuring offerings are organized and communicated (facilitator, rooms, links for virtual events, etc.)
- You have proven communication skills with a high level of integrity and customer service.
- You have the ability to build and maintain professional working relationships within internal teams and third-party vendors.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative culture
- You have a passion for continuous improvement and taking ownership of projects.
