The Marketing Manager is part of the Portfolio Solutions team and reports to Sr Marketing Manager of Coverage Communications

This role is responsible for strategy, development, and maintenance of field facing MMIT tools, as well as collecting and communicating payer changes to both internal customers and MMIT.

Responsibilities for this role will include the following:
  • Employ use of tools such as MMIT payer formulary data to help field sales staff communicate coverage details to HCPs
  • Develop standard MMIT flashcard templates for use across Amgen brands
  • Train field sales staff on functionality and appropriate use of MMIT tools and pull-through reports
  • Key contact for all field inquiries regarding MMIT and pull-through reporting tools
  • Primary point of contact with MMIT regarding field-facing tools
  • Development and maintenance of training materials relative to MMIT platform and pull-through reporting
  • Execute Vision integration alignment, ensuring consistent messaging across all aspects of pull-through reporting
  • MAC submission of above brand Communication materials, including trainings
  • Work with Market Access, internal payer leads and external vendors to ensure timely updates to fiend-facing payer tools
  • Provide support for creation of HCP-facing pieces as needed
  • Coordinate functional plan and calendar management (i.e. semester meetings, brand planning)
  • Evaluate opportunities across the entire Amgen portfolio
  • Managing PO process and budget


Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

Master's degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

Associate's Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
