Open Role: Digital Marketing Manager, Kyprolis

Kyprolis (carfilzomib) is a second-generation proteasome inhibitor that is indicated for patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Kyprolis has multiple indications as a doublet and triplet therapy, and it was most recently approved in combination with Darzalex® (daratumumab) and dexamethasone. Kyprolis continues to be a major growth driver for the organization and we are excited about serving patients with our innovative therapeutic.

The Digital Marketing Manager Lead will be a key role driving our digital marketing strategies and tactics across channels as we continue to invest in the growth of our digital presence to meet our customers where they are. This role will require cross-functional leadership, strong teamwork and communication skills, a passion to serve patients, and a commitment to excellence in execution.

The Marketing Manager will report to Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing Lead and will be a key member of the Kyprolis US Brand Team. Key responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • In partnership with the Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing, build and manage digital channel strategy and tactical plan
  • Build and execute breakthrough social media engagement tactics across channels with both providers and patients
  • Create predictive vs. retrospective ability to employ media channel investment models, measurement plans and tracking systems to assess program potential, success and optimization
  • Work closely with Senior Manager to pull through digital marketing tactics through 3rd party platforms
  • Partner with Omnichannel and Patient Marketing Leads to ensure CRM insights are collected and utilized to drive our messaging and channel activities to meaningfully engage with our customers
  • Collaborate with CD&A, agency partners and Marketing team to create holistic insights from digital engagements
  • Collaborate with other key team members, including IS/IT, Commercial Data and Analytics, digital operations, and peer to peer, to ensure that synergies are captured
  • Manage the internal legal, regulatory, and medical review and approval of new materials
  • Manage budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring efficient delivery of all programs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree

OR

• Master's degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• Associate's Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

• High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in business, marketing, or general management
  • 4+ years biotech/pharmaceutical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in any combination of the following areas: marketing; project management & planning; sales; analytics
  • Strong marketing acumen with a solid grasp of marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development
  • Experience developing and executing a wide range of successful digital initiatives across multiple channels such as website, display, video, mobile, CRM, and social
  • Demonstrated strength in analytics to translate data into insights and indicated actions.
  • Experience working with agencies and publishers to develop and produce engaging creative
  • Strong demonstrated ability in leading and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills; ability to effectively engage, connect and influence senior management, sales and marketing organizations
  • Ability to translate and communicate complex information/strategies into simple and impactful execution plans
