This position is responsible for the following:

• Receives, processes, and distributes all inventory materials in support of all manufacturing departments and third (3rd) party distributions requirements ensuring that all deliveries are accurate, timely and in acceptable condition.
• Receives, verifies and stages all incoming shipments ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintains an efficient flow of materials between warehouses by locating and storing materials accurately and in neat, organized manner.
• Pulls and stages material for all departments ensuring all deliveries and supporting paperwork are completed accurately and timely.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of related work experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing environment. Forklift and Order Picking experience required.
• Microsoft Office including Excel and experience with SAP.
• Experience working in a GMP regulated environment preferred.

• Ability to interact professionally with various levels of employees and outside representatives.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Excellent math skills; ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Ability to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to work and communicate with others in a professional and effective manner, within a team-oriented environment.
• Basic user knowledge and understanding of Windows based computer systems such as Microsoft Office, with an ability to learn other computer-based systems.
• Proficient operating powered lifts (forklift, stand up lift, order picker).
• Physically able to continuously stand and walk.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs. for men and 35 lbs. for women.
