Regeneron's People, Planning and Analytics (PP&A) department is looking for a hardworking student to join their team this summer.

This intern will work closely with the PP&A team, as well as cross-functional partners from across the business, to support and grow the PP&A function at Regeneron.
The summer intern will:
  • Collect/extract, prepare and analyze workforce data to highlight relevant insights and improve Regeneron's evidence-based approach to HR management
  • Help create dashboards and key reports with compelling visualizations to advise people-related decisions
  • Build knowledge of people analytics within a life science organization, and use this knowledge to adapt general PP&A strategies to specific business needs

In order to be considered for this role, you must have completed your Bachelors and be in the process of pursuing your Master's or PhD in an Applied Social Science or a Quantitative Field (Industrial Psychology, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics or related). You must have previous work experience in database management and analytics. Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and visualization techniques such as Qlik or Tableau is preferred. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applied statistical techniques using R is required, SPSS & SAS will also be considered.
