If you're a student pursuing a Law degree and will be finishing your 1st Year (1L), you may be a fit for a Regeneron internship in our Legal Pharmaceutical Operations department. Our Legal Pharma Ops team provides guidance and advice to departments including the Clinical, Medical, Market Access, and Sales and Marketing Teams responsible for strategies relating to commercial and medical activities for products that are in development and/or FDA-approved. The Corporate Compliance team is responsible for coordinating Regeneron's compliance program, including the Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (ABAC) compliance program across the company. The Intern for our group will have exposure to a broad range of legal and corporate functions. This internship will assist Law Department attorneys to provide strategic counseling and ensure compliance with applicable laws related to clinical development and commercialization of the company's products, including: ICH GCP Guidelines; GDPR, HIPAA and other data privacy laws; Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act; False Claims Act; the Anti-Kickback Statute and similar state laws. The Legal Intern may assist in legal review of advertising and promotional materials, business plans/strategies, policies and SOPs, informed consent forms, and/or participate in compliance reviews.

In order to be considered for this role, you must be currently enrolled in an accredited law school in the US and completed your first year. You must possess strong written and oral communication skills; legal research and writing experience preferred.
