We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to join our growing in vitro biology team. The successful candidate will be an integral member of a team involved in multiple projects at various stages of development, including the identification and validation of new targets. The position requires experience working with primary human cells, cell lines, and experience in assay development and optimization.

You are perfect for this role if you are engaged by and want to be responsible for:
  • Perform a broad range of immunological/cellular biology assays
  • Independently develop and troubleshoot complex experiments
  • Maintain human and murine cell lines, and primary human cell cultures
  • Generate and maintain clear experimental records
  • Analyze and regularly present experimental data to the team

We would be thrilled if you brought the following with you:
  • BS or MS degree in a relevant field (biology/immunology) with 1-5 years of relevant research experience
  • Must have experience with human in vitro cellular techniques, including primary human cell culture, multi-parameter flow cytometry, cell separation/sorting, and functional assays
  • Experience working with T-cells or hematopoietic stem cells is desirable
  • Experience performing ELISAs, MSD, and/or Luminex-based assays
  • Must be a creative, organized, motivated self-starter, capable of independent research with minimal supervision
  • The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team
