An Innovative Leader. You areresponsible for managing the Aesthetic Clinical Educator team and developing customer facing training programs and resources for the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio of facial injectables: BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® and KYBELLA®. You lead the program structure , processes and procedures. You will be responsible for building strategies and curriculum for in-person hands-on training programs, roundtable events, virtual webinars and more. You will analyze program effectiveness, customer evaluations and make recommended changes where needed.

A Creative Forward-Thinker. You will create annual education plans, proactively develop new training initiatives, materials and digital education resources to support customer education. You will work closely with internal and external key stakeholders including; customer accounts, aesthetic healthcare providers, sales personnel, medical education, brand marketing, regulatory, legal, compliance and external agency partners. You will oversee department budget and ensure spend targets are closely managed. You will also lead advisory boards, present at key internal meetings and provide feedback to cross-functional stakeholders

YOU WILL:
  • Manage and lead a team of 12 field-based contracted nurse trainers
  • Design and evolve the Aesthetic Clinical Educator offering, strategy, and plan
  • Lead the development, implementation and deployment of customer programs
  • Create annual education plan and ensure aliment with division objectives and goals
  • Develop effective working relationships with sales teams, marketing, regulatory, legal, compliance, KOLs, customers, medical affairs, agency partners and other internal departments
  • Manage program reporting and analytics
  • Responsible for department budget
  • Responsible for contracting KOL faculty and agency partners
  • Manage and oversee the submission of customer facing material and content through the medical, legal, regulatory, compliance (MLRC) system.
  • Proactive in developing new training initiatives
  • Create and manage department digital education resources
  • Monitor ACE training programs via in-field ride alongs when applicable
  • Present at key internal meetings
  • Collaborate and provide updates to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analyze program evaluations and program effectiveness
  • Facilitates program changes or enhancements when necessary
  • Ensures program operates in a compliant manner and adheres to company policy
  • Responsible for agency/vendor management
  • Works on additional Allergan Medical Institute educational projects and initiatives that drives the facial aesthetic business and evolves AMI's customer education offerings
  • Stay informed on product updates and industry trends

Attend industry conferences and meetings when needed

Qualifications

YOU BRING:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in facial aesthetics, neurotoxins and/or dermal filler industry
  • Excellent presentation, communication & writing skills
  • Solid matrix management and leadership skills
  • Self-starter, able to collaborate with others to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of executive management
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers in a professional and compliant manner
  • Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks with a high level of efficiency, with minimal supervision
