What Your New Manager Wants You To Know

The Clinical Development Associate III - Skincare is responsible and accountable for the scientific/clinical implementation of Skincare program activities, under some supervision and guidance while working in a fast paced, collaborative, and cross-functional team setting. The incumbent will represent data at the team level as a representative for Clinical Development Skincare. This role supports the broader Allergan Aesthetics team on skin quality related projects as well as Skincare specific development of products and associated reports and content publication as needed. The incumbent will contribute to scientific and clinical information generation in alignment with the team strategy. This incumbent may present the clinical development aspects of a project and clinical trial results at internal or external meetings to represent the Skincare programs.

You Will
  • Contribute to the design of studies, ensuring alignment with broader Allergan Aesthetics skin quality initiatives.
  • Execute(including all related start-up to completion activities) clinical studies supporting both skin quality initiatives and Skincare products.
  • Provide clinical review of skin quality-related probes and imaging instrumentation.
  • Conduct clinical analysis and data reviews.
  • Support Skincare Clinical Research & Innovation Center projects as needed.



You Bring
  • University degree required, with minimum of at least 3-5 years' work experience.
  • Experience working in a team setting required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated ability to takes initiative a majority of the time, to contribute clinically relevant scientific ideas and knowledge to team globally.
  • Actively listen and participate in team discussions.
  • Participate in team activities.
  • Demonstrate an ability to adapt to change in project and team strategy.
