As the Administrative Coordinator for our Corporate Communications team, you will support and coordinate logistics, activities and schedules with a focus on continuous improvement for processes and guidance. This role requires the incumbent to consistently exercise considerable judgement and initiative.

A typical day might include:
  • Acting as the point person responsible for coordinating logistics of internal/external meetings.
  • Collaborating with other teams around onsite and off-site meetings as well as managing meeting/event budgets within approval limit.
  • Actively manages department contact lists/org charts. Manages and updates content on department SharePoint sites and/or intranet pages.
  • Coordinating multiple administrative workflows within the department to streamline increasingly complex processes. Making recommendations for solutions to issues.
  • Organizing complex travel logistics for Associate Directors and above in the department
  • Handling travel and expense reports for Associate Directors and above in the department. Assisting guests with travel, where applicable.

• You have supported a highly organized and efficient administrative workflow. Identifying, developing and/or supporting administrative process improvements
• You can anticipate the needs of leaders and teams in order to manage and problem solve all logistics with a larger scope and greater impact if scheduling conflicts occur.
• You have demonstrated organizational knowledge and ability to understand department and leader priorities while potentially supporting groups with increasingly complex responsibilities.
• Are able to proactively managed calendars using thorough understanding of department and leadership priorities. This requires anticipating the needs of leaders and teams in order to manage and problem solve all logistics with a larger scope and greater impact if scheduling conflicts occur.
• Can be fully responsible for logistics/execution of internal meetings. Including: planning, coordination and agendas
