SENIOR COMPENSATION MANAGER (REMOTE POSITION)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail and extensive experience in compensation management, programs, and analysis to join our Global Rewards team. As our Sr. Compensation Manager, you will play a critical role in helping us attract, reward and retain top talent globally. This role will collaborate with cross functional partners and various levels of management. This is an excellent opportunity for a sharp, eager professional who is passionate about working in a dynamic environment at a mission-driven public company.

This position can be remote based out of anywhere in the U.S.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Executing our annual compensation program cycles (merit, promotion, equity, bonus)
  • Consulting year round with business partners, recruiters, and managers to design and implement creative solutions to various compensation-related issues
  • Conducting our pay equity audit
  • Reviewing and maintaining our compensation structures
  • Supporting the Compensation Committee of the Board
  • Proactively anticipating potential issues and modeling resolutions using a data-driven approach
  • Developing and documenting compensation program trainings, guidelines, policies and communication materials for various internal audiences
  • Providing guidance on FLSA exemptions
  • Staying on top of compensation trends through surveys, data analysis, and networking internally and externally
  • Preparing ad-hoc analysis, reports and metrics
  • Working closely with Finance on forecasts, budgeting, and reporting
  • Partnering with HRIS to ensure accuracy of data and seamless integration of systems with compensation processes
  • Staying apprised of relevant compensation laws and regulations for compliance purposes


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant compensation experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources or other field that uses quantitative analysis
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
  • Strong experience working with broad-based, executive, equity, and incentive compensation
  • An employee-focused approach that balances business priorities
  • Experience partnering, influencing, and advising HR Business Partners, Recruiting, and Business Leaders
  • Excellent collaboration and partnership skills
  • Experience building from scratch as well as scaling existing processes
  • Strong quantitative and data analysis skills
  • Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in a global environment with compensation and related rewards areas
  • Excellent detail-orientation, with a high level of accuracy and the ability to detect inconsistencies in data
  • Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge of Workday
