Position Summary:
The Contract Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process. This role will identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing strategies.

The Contract Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process. This role will identify, develop, and execute effective sourcing strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with, and build strong relations with hiring managers
- Manage recruiting processes end-to-end including update hiring managers on their pipelines, hiring challenges within their departments, the interview process, and hiring decisions
- Manage open requisitions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer generation and negotiation
- Develop qualified candidate pool for current and future openings. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to proactively source candidates
- Build strong working relationship with HR Business Partners to better understand current and future organizational needs
- Provide exceptional candidate experience; maintaining contact, responsiveness and transparency throughout the recruiting process
Qualifications:
- At least 7+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
- A minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries is required
- Established biotech/pharma industry network and understanding of Bay Area industry market
- Ability to manage and track open requisitions and to communicate them to multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience managing a full requisition workload across various departments
- Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record of closing deals
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with Newton/Paycor a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Highly collaborative and strong team player in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent understanding of defined biotech target groups such as R&D and Commercial
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, and the ability to develop relationships and influence staff at all levels
- Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail with consistent follow-through
- Proactive, innovative and problem-solving skills
