As the Temp Associate Manager, Site Budgets Lead, you'll be responsible for developing accurate and timely total investigator grants, per subject cost estimates, and associated goals based on the study design and schedule of events (using a fair market value tool). You'll also be tasked with reviewing CROs' and/or sites' proposed changes to the study-specific budget parameters in partnership with other internal business lines.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:
Providing subject matter expertise for assigned therapeutic areas
Ensuring performance and efficiency standards are met for assignments
Providing ongoing guidance to peers on site budgeting
Utilize a fair market value tool and other relevant data to develop total investigator grants, per subject cost estimates, and budget scenarios
Utilizing the per subject cost output along with the protocol design, historical information, and operational approach to determine the overall investigator grant cost
Developing and communicating budget scenarios to study teams for OPRB and related meetings
Engaging with relevant partners from early planning throughout the end-to-end budgeting lifecycle
Assisting in develop and improve site budgeting processes
Working closely with partners and optimally communicating with them in order to ensure that business objectives are met
Handling site budgeting related issues effectively and efficiently and conducting resolution of moderate to high complexity
Ensuring that internal systems are updated in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
Effectively and efficiently prioritize assignments
Managing changes to study scope, ensuring timely budget amendment and implementation
Acting as the single point of contact for non-standard budget line items which require internal approval
Ability to travel up to 25%

This role may be for you if:
You have the ability to mitigate and drive solutions regarding site budgeting challenges
You understand the nuances between early and final budget estimates
You have experience identifying and implementing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement for site budgeting
You can handle a large volume of assignments while effectively dealing with ambiguity
You are capable of participating in and occasionally leading and influencing cross-functional teams of peers and vendors

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of direct experience with clinical site budgeting at a biopharmaceutical company, CRO, or site.
