Purpose:
This position will be responsible for supporting the strategic contract manufacturing business and yearly sales plan established within the Fill Finish Contract Manufacturing Organization. The position will be accountable for interaction with customers and general customer support, marketing, invoicing and tracking of purchase orders. This person will be responsible for understanding and managing contracts and contract deliverables for third party programs. When needed this role will be required to interact with internal stakeholders and senior management from Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Science and Technology, Logistics and Finance departments to ensure the success of contract programs by taking appropriate action and driving for issue resolution. In addition this role will serve as a liaison with the Corporate legal department to create, and revise and manage Contract Amendments, CDA's, and Letters of Intent and ensure documents are up loaded into the company database in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Construct and send invoices to customers on a monthly basis as stages of work become completed.
  • Develop and assist with marketing materials such as presentations, articles, and promotional items.
  • Interact with customers and internal project teams through emails, video conferencing or face to face meetings.
  • Understand and help resolve issues or delays around project scope, manufacturing and delivery
  • Act as a business liaison between the customer and project teams to manage expectations and deliverables.
  • Organize files in the company SharePoint (Proposals, Contracts, Amendments, Purchase Orders, Invoices) making sure everything is up to date and easy to access.
  • Maintain Customer Contract Books (paper and electronic formats) with the appropriate documents.
  • Construct Proposals for New Business according to the Customer's RFP (Request for Proposal).
  • Responsible for the processing of price increases and maintaining the price lists up to date.
  • Construct Change Orders and Revision Protocols for customers upon request.
  • Construct overviews of new programs that are being manufactured (what is being produced, how much of it, timeline of production, what does it do, how much does it cost).
  • Assist in the development of the annual Plan and Long Range Plan (LRP) for the OCM business

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering with business, accounting, or finance experience with typically 6-8 years of experience.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills. Capable of handling multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks; attention to detail.
  • Proficient PC Software experience (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and various database applications. SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong oral communication, written communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Pharmaceutical Industry or specific Biologics and Fill Finish Manufacturing background preferred.
