As the Global Development Process & Procedures (P&P) Head, you'll be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Global Development's procedural documents required for Regeneron to remain compliant with regulations. You'll also manage approximately 4 - 6 direct reports.

In this role, a typical day might include:
  • Setting, driving and supervising the implementation of P&P strategy across Global Development
  • Being accountable for the P&P Business Partner Stakeholder Management Strategy and Engagement Model
  • Mentoring and directly supervising P&P Operations & Quality Lead, and P&P Business Partners
  • Leading P&P Governance responsible for triaging, prioritizing process work as requested by the business functions (Round Table and Steering Committee)
  • Ensuring the P&P portfolio is healthy over time (requests are vetted and resources, periodic reviews are completed per plan, etc)
  • Making sure all projects are resourced appropriately based on prioritization and risk and securing resources from management within P&P and the business
  • Ensuring consistent implementation of P&P Content Standards, Templates and end-to-end Document Development Process ensuring they are aligned with optimal methodology developed over time.
  • Acting as the System Owner of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
  • Managing the implementation of a new EDMS for Global Development
  • Preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews of Global Development P&P to key partners and leaders which tracks delivered results, status of key projects, and proposed strategic changes
  • Being responsible for production and oversight of quality metrics
  • Driving performance and results to influence potential opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborating closely with GCP Quality Management and Clinical Compliance Heads for all internal Quality Auditing & Assurance CAPAs that result in procedural document changes that allow the Delivery team to deliver according to agreed strategy
  • Collaborating with GD Training, Systems and the PMO Heads to ensure P&P support meets/ exceeds collaborators' expectations

To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of global experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology. Eight years of proven experience in a quality position is also necessary, including experience with controlled procedural documents. Five years or more of line management experience is also a must.
