The Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Business Operations will have primary responsibilities in supporting the Strategic Partnerships & Business Operations team at the Regeneron Genetics Center (RGC) in business development and operations projects in support of the group's scientific mission. The scope of responsibilities for this role will be focused on managing a defined portfolio of potential collaborations, facilitating early stage discussions, due diligence and agreement negotiations with primarily academic and not for profit partners. There will be regular interactions with senior management, scientific project teams/committees, internal business/legal personnel and third party external collaborators. We are looking for a self-starter with excellent communication skills and an analytical approach who can handle ambiguity and thrives in a dynamic environment.

- Facilitating key in-licensing activities including search/evaluation, due diligence, negotiation/execution including collaborations/licenses with academic and health system partners.
- Partnering closely with internal legal and intellectual property teams to negotiate and implement appropriate legal agreements to support research and development goals.
- Partnering with finance to identify, conduct and/or coordinate business/financial analysis to support the transaction process.
